Hannah Ye
Graduate Student

Hannah received a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago in 2023. During her time there, she worked with David Kovar on biochemical characterization of the actin-binding protein tetrathymosin β. After graduating, she worked at Helix Biostructures as a cryo-EM technician before joining the David Rockefeller PhD program in 2024. Her current work in the lab focuses on understanding how force-activated binding interactions between LIM-domain proteins and the actin cytoskeleton organize signaling networks.
